Returns

Most of our objects are vintage, antique or hand crafted and therefore come with unique patinas and/or signs of age and wear. Every piece is one-of-a-kind and is sold as is. We strive to sell antique and vintage goods in as best condition as possible, however, pieces will show some signs of wear that are consistent with age and use.

Items may differ slightly from the images shown. Our images are representations of product categories or SKUs. Expect variations in patina, texture, size, silhouette, coloration and wear.

We generally do not offer returns or exchanges. Sales are considered final and all items are sold as-is. 

Reach out to us at at hello@cow.company BEFORE you place your order if you have any questions about product details or would like to see more photos. 

If you feel you have a have a special return situation that we need to consider, please reach out to us, with photos, no more than 14 days after receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Contact us at hello@cow.company. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
We will, however, reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that become damaged in-transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards..

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
